Rung is a hangboard training app for iPhone and Apple Watch, made by one person. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — mail reaches the developer directly.

If you are on a TestFlight build, the fastest route is the TestFlight feedback button — it attaches a screenshot and the exact build automatically. Otherwise, including the following turns a report into something fixable:
Open the routine list on the watch and tap Sync from iPhone with the phone nearby and unlocked. If the routine still looks wrong afterwards, that is a bug worth reporting — say which routine and which numbers.
Check that Rung is allowed to write workouts: iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Rung. Sessions are written when they finish, so a session stopped early is logged in Rung but may not appear in Health.
Settings → Restore Purchases, on the same Apple Account you bought it with. Pro reaches the watch from the phone, so give the two a moment near each other. If it stays locked, mail the receipt Apple sent you and it will get sorted.
Settings → Export Complete History gives you CSV and JSON of every session and progress event, with no account and no date limit. It is yours; nothing about the export goes through the developer.
Settings → Delete All Data clears local storage and the iCloud copy. Deleting the app alone removes only the on-device copy — use Delete All Data first if you want the iCloud copy gone too. Workouts already written to Apple Health stay there and are removed in the Health app.
It is a training app, not a medical service. Nothing in the Health Hub, the rehab protocols or the Science Library is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If a finger hurts in a way training does not explain, that is a question for a physiotherapist or a doctor, not for an app.
Rung has no account, no server and no analytics. The full privacy policy explains what is stored and where — the short version is that it stays on your device and in your own iCloud.
